Cognitive Behavioural Thrapy (CBT) and IBS

Featured Replies

Hi All

Has anyone gone through Cognitive Behavioural Thrapy to deal with IBS - C? After having done some research it seems CBT can be helpful to deal with brain/gut connection. I would be happy to hear from anyone who has actually undergone this and with what degree of success.

Thanks
