I was diagnosed many years with IBS. I have managed ok up 'til now but just a day or so ago it flared with acute pain and burning sensation around base of tummy.

I have started a record of everything I am consuming. I eat porridge for breakfast and mainly fish and eggs menu.

Would anyone like to contact me about this embarrassing nuisance of a disorder. I feel isolated and worried about this recent acute spell.

Regards

Gordon Harper

Gordan,

I just wanted to say I’m sorry for your recent trouble after a time of some relief from the woes of IBS. I think maybe you should see a doctor about this sudden change “just to make sure.” I hope you feel much better very soon.

Best wishes,

~ C
