July 18Jul 18 comment_112195 I made a simple yet groundbreaking discovery of the perfect cure for constipation in September 2024 that will definitely annihilate constipation forever.I have been fighting for publishing it by submitting it to a lot of medical journals for more than 560 days, but they treated it just exactly like the medical community in the mid-19th century treated Ignaz Semmelweis’ discovery of doctors having to wash their hands. If you don’t now Ignaz Semmelweis’ story, you can go to https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12720402/ to read it.My discovery is straightforward: the cause of constipation is sitting or squatting too long every day. The cure is to stand up (please note: no walking, just standing at ease) after breakfast and relax (reading news on phones helps divert attention and relax) while waiting for bowel movements, it’s better to loosen the belt while standing. It's fine to stand immediately right after breakfast. It's also OK to wait until after completing other tasks before standing. The constipation patients can also start standing right during breakfast, and then keep standing after breakfast. But keep in mind, the patients must stand up until wanting to defecate.I know you will mostly likely not trust it, but it works 100% effective without any side effect and at zero cost, so do not rush to reject it, just ask constipation patients around you to try it. When you see the magic effects, I’m sure you will certainly help promote this theory. Report

Yes, my discovery can explain why, when you browsed at a bookstore or library or were searching for the perfect greeting card, you had to ask the establishment if you could use their bathroom unless you took care of business before you left home.I guess, when you did those things, you were standing. And when we stand, our gut is relatively unobstructed, and gravity helps the feces move downward, and then the problem of constipation can be very easily solved. Report
July 21Jul 21 comment_112353 That does make sense. And yes, PI is for Post Infectious. In my case, it was the Campylobacter bacterial infection. I started with a diagnosis of IBS-M (mixed) and now am considered to have IBS-C. These days I try to walk 1/4 mile right after a small breakfast and keep a routine to have a bowel movement. Standing for up to 20 minutes or walking leisurely and letting gravity do its natural work appeals to me because I try to take a natural path whenever I can. Good luck to you in your endeavors. 😊 Report

So the most effective (or 100% effective) solution to constipation is standing. Anyway, keep in mind, standing after breakfast can make sure that every constipation patient can have a bowel movement every day, so long as they can stand up on this planet, so long as they have enough time to stand, so long as their standing would not be disrupted by other people, like their boss asking them to stop standing to do other tasks. Please kindly try standing after breakfast, you will find that standing is a magic. July 21Jul 21 comment_112379 I will. However, due to lower back issues I am unable to stand still for very long. I think I can get by though by leaning on a counter or placing one foot on a different surface and placing some of my weight on that foot from time to time. I only weigh 135 lbs but scoliosis and age-related arthritis in my lower spine have made standing more than a few minutes painful. I imagine there are others in this category as well. I’ll let you know how I get on. Report

July 24Jul 24 Author comment_112633 Everyone thinks that a nobody, like Wenbin Zhao, cannot make a groundbreaking discovery, so when they hear me saying “I made a discovery that will definitely annihilate constipation on this planet,” they do not trust it, rightfully so, but my discovery can be very easily verified by any constipation patients who can stand up, and because constipation is very common, almost every body has somebody around them who is suffering from this problem. So why not tell the constipation patients around you to try this new medical solution free from side effects and at zero cost?Frankly, I am not a nobody, I am an unsung very top physicist who has many achievements that will finally benefit humanity, the discovery about constipation is just one of them and the one that can be very easily verified. And exactly because of my excellent knowledge of physics I made this simple yet groundbreaking discovery about constipation. Unfortunately, for me it did not bring about a bowel movement like walking does. I think you will find that the IBS-C crowd is quite different from the typical individual who suffers with constipation from time to time. It is often a very complex and changing condition. We are a singular group of people! My own research on walking says:“Your abdominal muscles are moving as you walk.Your diaphragm is also moving with each breath.Your hips and pelvis rotate slightly with every step. All of this movement gently massages and stimulates the intestines. The colon then responds by increasing peristalsis—its own wave-like muscle contractions that move stool along.”This, along with a regular bathroom routine and drinking lots of water, is what is working for me right now. My issue, I believe, is lack of or slowness of motility in my digestive system. So, the assistance I get from the movement of walking and breathing deeply are key for me.This is not to say that your idea is not a good one. It might be better received if you don’t call it “magic” or say it works for everyone or works 100% of the time. July 25Jul 25 Author comment_112728 Dear, TalkingPoopWithStrangers,Thank you very much for your reply, if you can stand long enough, I can certainly direct you to success. Why did you stand only 20 minutes? I have said, constipation patients must stand until wanting to defecate. For your information, the average length of standing time is usually less than 20 minutes. The longest time I was standing this year was 62 minutes, that’s because I ate less the day before. The longest since I made this discovery was 110 minutes, that’s because while I was standing, I debated on certain issues with my classmates through social media and I was too emotional. So, while standing, relaxing is very important, relaxing can reduce the length of the time the constipation patients need to stand. This morning, after breakfast, I stood only 1 minute (8:30 - 8:32 AM), then I had to run to the bathroom; Yesterday morning, I stood 19 minutes (8:11 - 8:30 AM); On July 15, I stood 58 minutes (8:35 - 9:33 AM). Anyway, I have to stand until wanting to defecate.32 minutes ago, TalkingPoopWithStrangers said:I have tried standing for 20 minutes after breakfast for a few days. Good luck to you!In the mid-1800s, Dr. Ignaz Semmelweis had some wild notions, he believed doctors should wash their hands, although he couldn’t explain why hand disinfection was so effective, his research would go on to transform the way surgery is carried out and infectious diseases are controlled today.Dr. Ignaz Semmelweis couldn’t explain why his solution was so effective, and so he was not sure that his solution was 100% effective, though it should have been 100% effective and it really is today. However, with my excellent knowledge of physics, I clearly knew just hours after I made this discovery that, when people stand up, their gut is relativity unobstructed, the gravity helps pull the feces to move downward, and the constipation problem can be easily solved, so my solution works 100% effective. In fact, it has been working for me for more than 600 consecutive days, and it has been working for all of those about two dozen constipation patients around me for more than 500 consecutive days, I started using this solution from September 2024, the other constipation patients started using this solution one after another from January 2025. Look, it actually works for everybody. It’s absolutely impossible that gravity only helps some people solve this problem and doesn’t help others. If you tell the constipation patients around your own my solution, it will also work for them every morning, I guarantee the 100% effectiveness. I’m willing to be held accountable for what I said. My real name is Wenbin Zhao, I am a Chinese.Someone said, “now, if you try to go against authority and convention, you can run into and make some enemies.” Now, I am trying to go against the medical authority and the convention of how to cure constipation, and so all the medical editors reject my discovery. If you don’t now Ignaz Semmelweis’ story, you can go to https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12720402/ to read it.Some ignorant editors said, my discovery is an anecdotal report, that’s extremely wrong, because it works 100% effective. Some stupid editors said, I need to conduct an RCT of it, that’s really not necessary, because it works 100% effective and it works without any side effect at all and at zero cost. Please tell me, what is an RCT of this discovery for? Some editors did not assess my paper carefully and rejected it, and said my manuscript was not judged to be competitive for ultimate acceptance in their journal, but my manuscript will annihilate constipation on this planet in just a couple of weeks once it gets published, don’t you really think one paper, which can really annihilate one of the existing diseases without any side effect and at zero cost, competitive for ultimate acceptance?I know you don't trust my cure for constipation. That's OK. But I'd like to ask you a personal question:Do you know anyone around you who is suffering from constipation? If you do, please kindly tell them my cure for constipation, it will certainly solve their problems, and then you will certainly think this paper is the most competitive one.I think every medical journal has the responsibility to publish a groundbreaking medical solution which can annihilate one of the existing diseases without any side effect and at zero cost.Do not let Ignaz Semmelweis’ history repeat on me again! Please also note, if I didn’t stand this morning, I would certainly get constipated again. For example, on February 15 and 16, 2026, I was very busy preparing for the lunar new year, I didn't have time to stand up those two mornings, and I didn't defecate on those two days. On February 17, 2026, I restarted using this cure, it worked for me again that morning. If you want to know the result about standing after breakfast every other day, or standing once every three days, please tell me, I can also test my cure in those ways. But because my discovery is a scientific law, so I can tell you the results in advance, if I stand every other day, I will have a bowel movement every two days. If I stand once every three days, I will have a bowel movement every three days.Without your such request, I don’t need to stand once every two or three days. I’d like to make full use of my discovery to maintain good health. I’m pretty sure that having a bowel movement every day is far healthier. You know, I need to be far, far, far, healthier to live longer so that I can keep fighting against those idiots in the medical community for getting all my excellent medical theories published.
