Hi, I have the following diagnosis.

IBS-M = Mixed Diarrhea / Constipation IBS

GERD

TYPE 2 diabetes.

I’m actively looking for a nutritionist in the Boca Delray area who can help me with my eating patterns.

Seems like the foods I can eat for Gerd. I can’t eat for IBS and vice versa..

My diabetes is under control, but my stomach is not.

Hi, you sound like me, I have the same DX. My type 2 diabetes is higher than I would like but I’m working on that too. Hugs and prayers. Izzy

Merhaba, aşağıdaki teşhisi aldım.

IBS-M = Karışık İshal / Kabızlık IBS

GERD

Tip 2 diyabet.

Hi, I also have IBS-M. In the beginning, my blood sugar was high, so my doctor recommended this diet: Have soup with every meal, stick to a vegetable-rich diet, cut back on fruit, drink three liters of water daily, and walk for 40 minutes... No coffee, cola, sparkling water, or processed foods
