Hi can anyone help I have had IBS for 40years had all the tests and did the food maps etc but nothing helps me as I am in pain daily and feel I have no life I take dihydrocodeine for the pain and that helps sometimes

I have had a lot of operations and endometriosis twice and have sensitive stomach and helocobactor they say scared tissue does impact me not sure

I am under a lot of stress the past year due to ill parents so this will impact the IBS eh

I am now lost on what else I can do to get rid of this pain any ideas
