I have been constipated my whole life..i go to bathroom once a month, after i drink phillips magnesia, whole bottle..once i didnt go 3 months..i dont know if this will help with ibs, but my constipation has been cured in a month..i am finaly cured like by magic..i come from bosnia, and this is the terapy that was suggested to me from there..

In the evening, before bed, put about small cup of jogurt in a small container, add 1 soup spoon of flaxseed seeds , have to be ground and add one spoon of chia seeds, also ground..add finely chopped 3 or 4 prunes, mix everything well cover and put in the fridge overnight..eat it in the morning every day..

It has been a miracle for mi..after 30 years of constipation, i am back, better than ever..at first, i was sceptical because i tried everything in the world and nothing helped..i still cant believe it..just make sure to get seeds from a health store, because they are very well packed and sealed, while in supermarkets it might be sitting longer and it might not be as efffective..if it helped me, it will help everybody.. good luck..

Thanks for posting your home remedy!

What also can be helpful is putting your feet on a stool when you go to the bathroom.  It puts

the intestines in a more natural position. I read this on an Ayurvedic medicine site.

Hope things are continuing to go better for you!
