ka06 Posted October 6, 2021 Report Share Posted October 6, 2021 Hi All, Does anyone have any suggestions for vitamins, supplements, etc. To help with my bouts of consitpation? I am at my witts end with it and have tried all of the suggestions such as monitoring my diet, low fodmap foods, etc. I usually have a flare up around two to three times a month sometimes more. I do not change my diet regime throughout the month, so I don't know what causes the issues. I also do not think it is stress because Ieft a highly stressful job in April and I am still having the same IBS issues. Looking for some relief. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks! I’m also suffering from IBS and frankly it has been quite stressful to deal with but what has been helping me is natural therapies. Using traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture I was able to address the root causes of my IBS issues.
