Hi All,

Does anyone have any suggestions for vitamins, supplements, etc. To help with my bouts of consitpation?  I am at my witts end with it and have tried all of the suggestions such as monitoring my diet, low fodmap foods, etc.  I usually have a flare up around two to three times a month sometimes more.  I do not change my diet regime throughout the month, so I don't know what causes the issues.  I also do not think it is stress because Ieft a highly stressful job in April and I am still having the same IBS issues.  

Looking for some relief.  Any suggestions are welcome.
