I am interested in participating in this trial, but I am not sure how to sign up for it. I have struggled with IBS-D for 30 years. I used to know every bathroom between my home and the school I taught at. I once dashed out of the room in the middle of administering a spelling test because I had to make it to the bathroom. This syndrome needs more research into better ways to manage the symptoms. I am retired now, but I know there are many people struggling every day. I suspect embarrassment and shame keep lots of folks from seeking help.
