Dominik Posted January 31 Report Share Posted January 31 I'm relatively new to the FODMAP topic. I've tried to find reliable lists of high and low FODMAP foods. What puzzles me is that endives are listed as low FODMAP in many sources, but to my understanding it is very high in inulin (like many other bitter types of lettuce), which *is* high FODMAP. Also, my gut does not repond well to endives, which seems to confirm my suspicion that endives are high FODMAP. Did I get something wrong?
