gail
Just when life is going along smoothly...nothing is altered by stress or food, and a flare-up occurs. Frustrating.
Jeffrey Roberts
Totally agree. It is very frustrating and ruins plans and activities. Someday doctors will hopefully understand the cause of this and perhaps we'll be able to minimize it with some sort of preventative treatment. gail
From my research and readings on IBS & Flare UPS, it can happen unprovoked, even when doing 'all the right things'..
Jeffrey Roberts
Given that we have no definite cause for IBS yet, anything could be the trigger. The trigger might have happened days ago in spite of doing all the right things. It's maddening. Many people lose confidence over these out of the blue flare-ups. diana j
sounds so familar, people. I've already been through the horror of losing it in front of my new boyfriend, his brother and a bunch of people in a cruise ship bathroom. Disgusting; I'm suprised he's still with me.
