New to the Forum; and new to this Syndrome

Am new to the forum and new to these sensations.

Over the past 12 months I have been experiencing a tingling / burning sensation across the centre of the torso, in line with the belly button, but this can sometimes radiate lower into the pelvic area. I have also been encountering discomfort around the hips on both side, and this can sometimes radiate into the groin area, which scares me as I think it may develop into appendicitis.

I have had bloods and faecal tests done, none of which have identified any issues.

I am now getting these sensations most days and over the last 10 days have started experiencing sensations under the ribs on both sides, sometimes it feels like there are fingers pulling underneath my rib; other times it feels like I have 'Deep Heat' smeared around this area. I have been to A&E, and seen nurses, and no one seems concerned by these symptoms.

I have a large amount of wind when I encounter these symptoms, and have also experienced a clear mucus when wiping sometimes. However, I don't suffer with diarrhoea or constipation, but some days I don't go to the toilet at all, some days it is as normal, and other days I can need to go 2, 3 or 4 times, and the visits later in the day normally show waste that contain only partially digested food.

I also suffer with anxiety, and the symptoms and their frequency are scaring me quite a lot.

I am yet to have an official diagnosis, but wondered if these symptoms could be attributed to IBS?

Thanks in advance for any information.
