Jeffrey Roberts
We are conducting a survey research of adults who have a gastrointestinal (GI) disorder or condition. GI refers to disorders of the esophagus, stomach, and intestines. We are specifically looking for individuals who have been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD; including Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, and indeterminate colitis), Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), and/or Functional Dyspepsia (FD). This survey is a one-time, anonymous multiple-choice questionnaire (maximum 123 questions) looking to evaluate the experience of participants with GI conditions in the healthcare setting. The questionnaire should take no more than 45 minutes (probably closer to 10 minutes!) to complete. This research study is being conducted through the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. The Principal Investigator (PI) is Dr. Tiffany Taft. You may participate by clicking the following link: https://redcap.link/cgzrd0im If you have questions, please email ibdpsych@northwestern.edu.
