Saphire7 Posted July 7 Report Share Posted July 7 Greetings, For those who have problems with IBS-D, I was wondering how do you prepare the day before you are going to take a trip? To avoid getting diarrhea on the way to wherever I'm going if I'm with a group on a bus, I was thinking of eating a moderate amount of fiber the day before. Then the morning of the trip, get up early, take psyllium whole husk so I can go to the bathroom before leaving the house. Then I could eat say, 2 pieces of dry toast, an orange and a boiled egg. That way I should be ok for say a 2 hour bus trip. Just wondering how others handle this type of situation. Thanks in advance for your comments!
