Ursula M
Today was a particularly bad day with a flare up. I decided to give Nerva a try, they have a 7-day free trial. Has anyone here ever used it before?
Jeffrey Roberts
Nerva and Regulora are two gut directed hypnotherapy digital therapeutics that have real-life success stories. I have done hypnotherapy with another protocol and I do feel it has benefits. How has it been after 1 week? I would think you would need to do the whole program to see long term benefits. Ursula M
It's been good so far. The sessions bring you into a deeper state of relaxation than just the guided meditation, which is new for me. I'm feeling better today, my flare up started last Monday, so I'm on day 8 of stomach problems. I'm hopeful that nerva will work for me. It feels like I'm in a prison some days. I'll check out the Mahana, as well!
Jeffrey Roberts
I realized after you wrote that I meant Regulora for hypnotherapy is the other available option. It is FDA approved. Mahana IBS is CBT, which is a very different treatment option. Yes, hypno brings you into a deeper state where you will be open to suggestions to manage the signals that you received from your gut. I am glad that you are finding some relief from it!
Ursula M
I'll check out that one, too! I'm always looking to add tools to my toolbox. Thanks!
