increased psyllium for constipation

I am trying anew approach to my symptoms of fluctuating diarrhea and constipation.

I'm taking 1 tbs. of psyllium in water 3 times per day instead of two.

doing that plus eating foods w/ medium amount of fiber seems to improve regularity. IF I eat very low fiber foods

the next day I feel clogged up.

How are you managing with that much psyllium?

I was always only able to tolerate 1 tbsp each day when I was trying to treat the same thing.

It seems to be working. It could be that I have some increased bloating. But it's not that significant

that it really bothers me.
