Happy Holidays,

What's working for me is to have 2 pieces of toast before a meal.

I'm eating more fiber as well. I added an extra serving of psyllium after lunch.

I'm reducing the amount of fat I consume.  If I choose peanut butter as a protein

I limit the quantity to 2 tsps. That seems to work better.

What about you?

It sounds like you are on a better plan if your symptoms are relieved.

Adding fiber does help many people.
