Success so far

I have suffered with IBS-C for over 50 years. I have tried everything diet wise, Linzess,  probiotics, prebiotics, digestive enzymes,  and more. Recently I wanted to try Ka'chava as a quick food supplement in the mornings.  I wasn't using it for anything other than to boost my current morning shakes. I have been COMPLETELY  regular since starting it. This has not happened with any thing else I have tried. I usually mix with a 1/2 banana, 2 LG spoonfuls of plain yogurt,  and rice milk. Also I add crushed ice and some water. I don't understand why this is working, but it is. It has been 3 months of faithfully having a shake every morning, and a solid, not hard, BM.  I do exercise regularly, but I  always have. For me, this has been a miracle. I just wanted to share this. It may or may not work for you, but who knows. It may be worth a try. God knows we have tried everything else. Good Luck. Michelle
