Interviews!

Featured Replies

Hi everyone! I am working on a new personal research project interviewing women with IBS that want to do something about it. I have IBS myself that started after the birth of my son and have been working for a long time to heal this issue.
I believe you’ll find my questions thought provoking and worthwhile. They will give you a chance for self-reflection that most people don’t often get and I wish that I had had years ago. I will not be publishing anything. Everything you share with me is held in confidence. I am not offering any services around this project, I am only curious to learn more. I can circle back when the project is done to let you know my findings if you are interested.
If you yourself have IBS or know a woman who does, please message me, I would be grateful for the chance to interview you.

I’ve done a few phone interviews where they asked about symptoms, triggers, and how it affects daily life. Just answered honestly and kept it casual—nothing too formal or stressful.

I found that making small changes while exploring herbs for women’s health helped me feel more balanced, especially with the stress IBS brings. Some calming teas like chamomile made a difference for me personally.
