Inflammatory Bowel Disease - use a fecal calprotectin test to differentiate from IBS-D Bile acid diarrhea (BAD) - try cholestyramine to see if it helps this condition Pancreatic insufficiency - blood test for elastace and other markers CSID - https://www.sucraid.com PI-IBS - IBS-smart test Clostridium Difficile - C. Diff stool test Report
