Opportunity to participate in the design of a clinical trial for a new non-opioid analgesic (pain medication) to treat IBS pain. The design of the clinical trial is being developed by Transparency Life Sciences (TLS), a digital clinical trial services company with an emphasis on patient engagement. I have been assisting them for the last several months and now they would like all of our insights as they create a study that will reflect patient suggestions and concerns.

The crowdsourcing tool, Protocol Builder, provides an innovative way to plan clinical trials that values input from the patient community. TLS believes that engaging patients in the design of the trial will encourage greater patient participation and lead to enhanced patient satisfaction. Please click the link below to be directed to the TLS Protocol Builder. You have the option of either creating a TLS account or completing the Protocol Builder as a guest.

Your survey responses, along with responses of other patients, will be viewable by everyone who participates, but no information about anyone’s identity will be displayed. Your personal information, such as e-mail address, will be stored in confidence in TLS' secure database.
